Shipping policy

Express deliveries within 1-2 days and standard deliveries 1-7 days within Australia. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

By using Australia Post service, you hereby agree and understand that grants authority to leave parcels unattended at your selected address if secure by standards. We recommend that you use an address for delivery that will be attended. As postage services are not under insurance, We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen parcels. 

If you are unreachable at your delivery address, there will be an additional charge for redelivery.  

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase.

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. We are not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily, so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
